Our business operations are currently conducted entirely in the PRC. Our wastewater treatment services and our BMS wastewater treatment and waste management products are predominantly sold in the southern and eastern regions of the PRC.

Our principal place of business is located at Dongguan, Guangdong Province, PRC. Our Dongguan premises also accommodate our manufacturing facilities.

We have established a Technology Advisory Committee comprising a team of experienced researchers and university professors who serve as external technical advisers to our research and development team. We have also entered into various collaboration arrangements with universities and research institutions in the PRC for the research and development of different bio-technology related projects. These external collaboration arrangements complement our in-house research and development activities.

We have granted a sole and exclusive license to Global Bio-Engineering Limited, a subsidiary of Global Green, the holding company of our Substantial Shareholder Global Success Properties Limited, to utilise our BMS Biological Process Technology in wastewater treatment projects and to sell our BMS wastewater treatment and waste management products in Hong Kong and Singapore for an intial term of 10 years (commencing from 2 May 2002) with an option for renewal for up to five years.
