Our Group's primary objective is to become a major player in the environmental protection products and services markets in the PRC. In particular, our Group hopes to capitalise on opportunities offered by the rapid growth in the PRC environmental protection market as a result of the increasing emphasis placed by the PRC government on environmental protection and the growing awareness of environmental protection issues in the PRC.

We intend to attain such goals through implementing the following strategies:

Strengthen Research and Development Capabilities

We will continue to place strong emphasis on research and development activities. We intend to expand our research and development facilities by establishing a new research and development centre in Shanghai with advanced laboratory facilities to centralise our research and development activities for commercial applications
of our technology. In addition, we plan to further expand our research and development team by employing more research personnel with extensive knowledge and experience in the relevant fields.

Expand Manufacturing Capabilities

We plan to further expand our manufacturing facilities by (i) increasing our production lines for BMS wastewater and waste management products such as the BMS mobile toilets and BMS rubbish processors at our existing manufacturing facilities in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, the PRC; and (ii) establishing new production facilities for the cultivation of bacterial strain and micro-organisms for commercial application in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, the PRC.

Expand sales and distribution network and improve after-sales services

We plan to diversify from our existing geographical markets in the eastern and southern parts of the PRC and penetrate the rest of the PRC. To achieve this, we intend to increase our sales and marketing network by recruiting additional sales and marketing personnel, and establishing sales offices and service centers in other parts of the PRC to better serve our customers and to promote our products and services.

Explore other business opportunities of related technology applications

We plan to explore and commercialise other applications utilising our BMS Biological Process Technology. We intend to modify and apply our BMS Biological Process Technology in the expansion of our existing services and the development of new BMS wastewater and waste management products. For example:

1. we are in the process of developing environmentally friendly agricultural products such as fertilisers, animal feeds and pesticides;
2. we have developed a home size version of the BMS rubbish processor that is targeted for residential use. We believe that there are further commercial applications capable of being developed from our BMS Biological Process Technology; and
3. we commenced the further development on the use of our proprietary BMS Biological Process Technology with a suitable third party high-pressure water pump to focus on the treatment of industrial wastewater where a high density of pollutants exists, in particular where there are space constraints. We have named this technology as BYDROX wastewater process treatment. Our BYDROX wastewater process treatment has been applied in one wastewater treatment project in Shanghai.

Capture the larger-scale wastewater and sewage treatment projects

In the past, we have focused on wastewater treatment projects for urban buildings, municipals and facilities that are small or medium-scale in nature. In the future, we intend to focus on larger scale wastewater and sewage treatment projects as we believe that there is potential for such projects arising from the liberalisation of the wastewater treatment industry by the PRC government.
